Appointments

Scheduling an appointment will allow us to care for you and your pet efficiently. We will try to accomadate walk-in appointments as soon as possible. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority.

Payment

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks.

Patient Arrival

Dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms, for your protection and that of all patients and clients.

Cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 

Reptiles must be properly contained and covered.

Birds should be presented in a carrier to ensure that they are not a flight risk.
